Session overview

This half-day is designed by experienced SENCOs to give new co-ordinators a thorough introduction to the role, what key tasks need to be undertaken, how to manage the role and what specific support is out there to improve subject knowledge in this area for new SENCOs.  It is also a valuable time to meet and network with other new SENCOs and form support groups.

Lunch will be provided at the beginning of this session.

Newly appointed SENCOs in York primary schools.
